Happy Monday! This is In Ten Photos, a weekly photography newsletter by Samuel Tegge.

Last week was the first full week of displaying a selection of my photographs at a local gallery (One Oh One) and studio (Studio 9) in Mesa, Arizona. If you are local, come check it out before October 31. I’d love to see you there.

Also, because I’m a madman, I decided it was time to create a website (samueltegge.com) and an online shop (shop.samueltegge.com) amidst the production preparations for the shows. I will be updating the website this week with an essay reflecting on the process and learnings from this first production. Browse around and let me know what you think. If you run into any issues with either websites, please let me know!

Thank you again for spending a bit of your Monday with me. Enjoy!

Reviewing test prints and making final edits to the master files before the final print.

Pre-drilling holes in the frames to install the wire hanging hardware.

Taking a break from attaching wires to frames.

Pre-cutting spacers for each frame. One of the many unexpected tasks I learned through this process.

Signing each print before they are packages or framed.

One final review after packaging up the 4×6 and 8×12 prints.

Studio set up trial run the night before the installation.

Framing the wall prints.

One last inspection before packing up for the studio.

If you made it this far, please consider checking out the archive, signing up, or forwarding this to one friend who you think might think this is kind of rad. If nothing else send me a note, I love hearing from you.

Have a wonderful week!

Cheers,

S
